Make sure to include your Model Number (if available) as in many cases enables us to come out with parts preordered and fix it right the first time. Usually the model number sticker is located inside the unit as you open the door.
Dishwasher – open the door, tag should be inside the tub towards the front (left or right)
Washer – open the door, tag should be on the frame where the door closes
Dryer – open the door, tag should be on the frame where the door closes
Refrigerator – open the Fridge side door, tag should be around the upper shelf (left, right or top inside the unit)
Range/stove – tag should be on the frame as you open the bottom drawer or on the frame as you open the oven door
Wall oven – tag should be on the oven frame as you open the door
