The terms and conditions governing appliance repair services provided by Appliancetechline.
By booking a service, submitting a repair request, or engaging Appliancetechline ("we", "us", "our") to perform appliance repair services, you ("the customer") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Appliancetechline provides residential appliance diagnosis and repair services in Calgary and surrounding communities in Alberta, Canada. Services include but are not limited to diagnosis, repair, and parts replacement for household appliances.
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where the repair is not safely achievable, parts are unavailable, or the appliance poses a safety hazard.
A service call fee of $114.95 applies to each visit and covers travel to your location and initial diagnosis of the appliance. This fee is payable regardless of whether you proceed with the repair.
Following diagnosis, we will provide you with a written or verbal quote for the repair. No repair work will begin without your explicit approval of the quoted price.
We stand behind our work. All repairs performed by Appliancetechline are covered by a service warranty as follows:
The warranty covers the specific fault that was repaired. It does not cover:
To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period at 587-997-9619 or appliancetechline@gmail.com.
You agree to provide our technician with safe and reasonable access to the appliance requiring service. This includes ensuring the appliance is accessible (not obstructed), that the work area is safe, and that any necessary utilities (power, water) are available.
Our technician will treat your property with care and respect. Any existing damage to your property or appliance should be noted and communicated to us prior to the service visit.
Appliancetechline's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:
Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury or property damage caused by our negligence.
Our technicians may provide an opinion on whether repair or replacement of an appliance is advisable. Such recommendations are provided in good faith based on our professional experience and are not a guarantee of appliance lifespan. The decision to repair or replace always remains with the customer.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
